  Solid Ground, Inc, a faith based housing organization in Roseville, Michigan seeks an Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall onsite management of a forty bed, 18-24 month transitional family housing facility; including the management of programs, operations and staff; planning and coordinating the delivery of support services to residents of the facility; partnering with the Fund Development Coordinator in fund development, marketing, donor relations and major donor solicitations; and managing and utilizing volunteers. College degree required, graduate degree preferred, with at least 5 years administrative experience with most recent in supervisory position. The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including proven experience working with boards and supervising personnel. Must have experience in fiscal management and budgeting. Use of personal vehicle plus some evening hours and local travel are required. Competitive salary and benefits.
